Due to the nature of how WowStead handles things, the registration process can be confusing. To make it easier, here is a guide to walk you through the process. 1. First, click here to begin the process. (You can also find this link in the top right part of the screen if you are not logged in). WowStead will ask you to fill in several pieces of information. PLEASE NOTE: The password field here is your personal account password. It is NOT the one you recieved in-game and should be kept private. 2. Click the login button in the top right of your screen. The VERY top right. 3. You will be asked to create a character. All posting on the site is handled though the characters rather than the account name you created in step #1. Please type in your toon's name and make sure the realm is correct. This MUST be a real character in the guild for this to work. 4. After you have created your character, you will see the Character Management screen. You can reach this screen again at any time by clicking the button in the top right of the screen, next to where register used to be. Please look through the options here. 5. Repeat step #3 for each toon you own by clicking "Add another character" on the Details tab. Please only claim characters you play, not ones shared by other people on your WoW account. This allows all players to have a voice on the site and helps us keep mains and alts together. 6. Finally, to gain access to all the member content on the site, click the Guild tab in Character Management. Press the Join button at the bottom of the page and enter the guild password. If you are having trouble finding this, ask an officer or veteran, or open the Guild window and click on the Guild Information tab in-game. Congratulations, you're now fully registered and can read the forums. Enjoy looking around the site. Please come back often to see new information. | ||
